Name: Andre Dejon Ransom Alias: Electro Age: 15 DoB: June 28, 1992 Alliance: Neutral(Indepenent) Height: 5'8 Weight: 125 Birthplace: America Powers: He can throw bolts of bio-electrical energy generated by his body. He may create electro-magnetic-forcefields which would allow him to stop projectiles. He may use the electric energy inside objects to levitate them and toss them or use them how ever he would like. Electro's body can generate Raw Electromagnetic Energy, which he has learned to manipulate; control; and sense sources of electromagnetic energy, electricity, and magnetism for a variety of attacks and uses> He can shoot jets, bolts and burst rom the tips and inside of his hands. He can create balls of electricity, which he calls Nova-Balls. Here are some moves he named. Basically his body creastes electrical energy and he can manipulate it! Items: Nothing yet but hopes to buy things on his journey. Personality: As your average teenager is, he is playful full of life and likes to hang out and enjoy his time with friends. He's a very laid back kidd. The one who will take chances and not afraid to do anything. He's very brave but sometimes can be naive. Never gives up on anything, h's the one who tries to cheer everyone up when there down. Appearence: Andre His Costume He's not the person in the costume but this is the costume he normally wears, when he is Electro. History: This young teenager was born in the City of New York. He was born to the parents of Virgil Ransom, and Madelyn Ransom. He grew up as a mormal Kid. He went to school, had a few friends, and played alot. Hus life was pretty good to him. his parents tried their very best to take care of him, but they didnt think it was enough. Being African Americans, they struggled trying to get good jobs, and find a good home. They lived a average family life. Andre didnt know that his parents were struggling to keep him in school and to keep a house over their heads. He thought they were living a normal life just like any other family. He didnt care to have luxurious things like a cell-phone, video games and other teenage fun stuff, He thought that those kids were just lucky. He grew up thinking his family was normal until the age of 12. By then he saw something in the store that he really wanted, it was the new Video Game System, PS2. His parents promised that they would get it or him for his birthday but they didnt. Instead they brought home a cake and a few and a shirt. Andre ran into his room and burst into tears. He still didnt understand. A few weeks later, the landlord o their apartment appeared at the ront door. Thinking that Andre was sleeping, they let him in. The landlord had explained that they had 3 days to pay of the rent that was a total of 575 dollars. Andre's mother burst into turns while his ather begin arguing with the Landlord and explaining how they couldnt come up with that kind of money by 3 days. Andre had listened to the whole coversation. He had now understood that he and his family were poor. That night it had been said on the news that there was going to be a bad storm with bad thunder and lightning. Andre had jumped out of his room's window and ran through the rain and thunder. Tears started running down his faced but you could barely see them from the rain. He thought of running away to his friend's home. Because there he had everything he wanted and his best friend could keep a secret from anyone. As he ran he started to see very bright sparks o electricity near by. A shops sign had fallen down almost falling on him. It had burst into flames and the eletricity sparked out. As he looked backed at it while running, an electrical cord had broke and was slinging around. As he got closer to it, it slape him in the face and he fell to the ground. For some odd reason, all of the lightning coming down from the sky had been attracted to him. The next morning he had awaken in a hostpital room. His wholebody, besides his eyes, had been covered in bandages. What happened, he thought. Everything had wiped his memory, he didnt remember anything. He couldnt move, all he could was look around. He saw the t.v up above him, it was on the News Channel. The Young woman anchor had spoke of a young teenage boy. She said that there was a young boy found on the streets of New York City. His Body had been badly burned from all of the eletricalattacks he had received from the storm. The boys name is Andre Ransom. I you know him please report to New York's Hostpital, for he is there in room 535. Andre couldnt beleive what he was hearing. How could this happen to him.... A few weeks later Andre was released from the Hostpital. His body and skin had been fully restored. He looked fully normal, like an average teenager. Soon he started to see signs of him being able to control and manipulate electricity. He practiced these abilities and learned to control them.
